A final 30 minute video interview with the project leadership team will wrap up our interview process. Here we will discuss the product vision and company goals, while also opening up a space for any remaining questions.

Congratulations! After clearing our reference check and signing our offer letter, you will be onboarded by the =TRUE People Team and introduced to your new team. Welcome to the real change in the technology industry!

What kind of work will I be doing at EQUALS TRUE?
We partner with innovative companies building complex products in competitive spaces. As a part of the =TRUE team, you will engage with these teams directly, supporting these projects from day one as an equal contributor and being fully integrated to their organizations, while also counting with our internal support. Our engagements are long term, inclusive and designed to promote career growth and development.
What is your remote work policy?
Our remote work policy is very simple: you can work from anywhere at any time. We trust our people to choose their work location and create the life they dream. Not only that, but we also encourage our =TRUE members to experience the beauty of different cultures by working while exploring through initiatives like SOYNÓMADA: a first-in-industry travel program that awards our top performers with a free trip so they can enjoy an authentic nomadic work/life experience.
What does your onboarding look like?
Our onboarding process will cover all the basics: email and systems access, benefits, policies and an overview of =TRUE and our teams. We will make sure you have all the needed tools to perform correctly and introduce you to your team. During this meeting, you will get to know our People team, who will be supporting you throughout your journey with us and is always available for questions, suggestions or just a quick chat. The People team will also be present in key milestones such as performance evaluations, company events and happiness check-ins.
